TVS SCS RICO Italia fa parte di una multinazionale specializzata nel fornire una vasta gamma di servizi tecnologici in tutta Europa, inclusi i servizi di Break & Fix, IMAC, Deskside Support, Service Desk, Projects and Rollouts.Siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Engineer nell'area di Firenze.Compiti Il candidato selezionato si occuperà principalmente dei servizi di assistenza Break & Fix e IMAC nella regione Toscana, spostandosi tra i vari clienti nell'arco della giornata.Sono richiesti almeno 24 mesi di esperienza nel supporto IT.Questo ruolo richiederà di lavorare su standard elevati in modo indipendente.Requisiti Esperienza nella manutenzione e riparazione di PC (laptop e desktop), server e storage;Altamente desiderabile: esperienza Break & Fix e/o certificazioni relative ai prodotti Dell o simili (HP, Lenovo);Competenze in ambito Network (router, switch e firewall);Buona padronanza della lingua Inglese, sia parlata che scritta;Conoscenza del sistema operativo Windows (Client e Server);Patente classe B;Disponibilità ad orari flessibili e ad effettuare turni di reperibilità.Vantaggi Contratto a tempo indeterminato;Inquadramento nel ccnl metalmeccanici;Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo;PC portatile e telefono;Buoni pasto elettronici;Welfare aziendale;Percorso di apprendimento continuo e personalizzato, tramite accesso a piattaforme e-Learning.Il trattamento economico sarà valutato individualmente, in relazione all'esperienza e alle effettive competenze.Il trattamento dei dati personali dei candidati avverrà in ottemperanza alla vigente normativa in materia di protezione dei dati personali.#J-*****-Ljbffr
