GLOBAL SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER Stiamo selezionando per la Divisione Askoll Appliance un Global Supplier Quality Engineer.La risorsa sarà chiamata a coordinare i processi di valutazione dei fornitori (standard, modelli, best practices ) e validare direttamente alcuni fornitori strategic i.All'interno del team qualità centrale, è chiamato a supervisionare i processi di Supplier Quality dei plant esteri, gestendo e migliorando la qualità dei fornitori per garantire il rispetto degli standard aziendali e delle normative vigenti.Responsabilità principali:Gestione del Vendor Rating per la classificazione dei fornitori e conseguenti scelte strategiche in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti Valutare e selezionare i fornitori in base agli standard di qualità aziendali (audit di sistema e di processo secondo Normativa ISO ****) Supervisionare i processi di Supplier Quality dei plant esteri Coordinare e supportare i vari SQE durante le visite/audit di Sistema e di Processo c/o nuovi potenziali fornitori o fornitori storici.Gestione e analisi KPIs dei fornitori utilizzando il software di gestione Qualità (difettosità in PPM, NC,...) Collaborare con i fornitori per implementare azioni correttive e migliorative, sia tramite consolidamento di procedure che a supporto dei team locali Monitorare e migliorare le performance dei fornitori attraverso audit e analisi dei dati Assicurare la conformità dei processi di stampaggio delle materie plastiche alle specifiche tecniche e normative Gestire lo sviluppo dei fornitori italiani Supportare la Qualità di Sistema nell'eseguire audit interni per la verifica della coerenza delle procedure con i processi nell'ottica del mantenimento della certificazione del Sistema Qualità Competenze e Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica, industriale, materiali o diploma tecnico;Esperienza pregressa dialmeno 5 anni nel ruolo all'interno dicontesti strutturati;Certificazione Auditor ISO ****;Spiccate capacitàanalitiche ed attenzione ai dettagli;Ottima conoscenzadellalingua inglese;Capacità di lavoro in team;Disponibilità a trasferte (20%) Sede di lavoro :Dueville (VI)
