Azienda attiva nel settore del benessere idrico è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Service Representative da inserire nel proprio team.La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di garantire un servizio di assistenza clienti di alta qualità, supportando i consumatori e gestendo le loro richieste in modo tempestivo e professionale.Attività principaliRispondere a domande e richieste relative ai prodotti e servizi offerti, fornendo informazioni dettagliate e supporto su temi tecnici legati al benessere idricoGestire le telefonate, le e-mail e le richieste tramite chat, risolvendo eventuali problematiche e garantendo un servizio eccellenteAssistere i clienti durante l'uso dei prodotti, gestire resi, reclami e garantire un'esperienza cliente soddisfacenteAggiornamento delle pratiche.Requisiti richiestiEssere in grado di interagire in modo empatico, professionale e risolutivo con i clientiEsperienza o conoscenza di base del settore del benessere idrico, come depuratori o impianti per la purificazione dell'acqua, è un plusEssere in grado di affrontare e risolvere le problematiche dei clienti in modo rapido ed efficaceCompetenze nell'utilizzo di software di gestione clienti, pacchetto Office e posta elettronicaAttitudine al lavoro in team.OffertaContratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di rinnovoOrario full-time, 40 ore settimanaliBuoni pasto.#J-*****-Ljbffr
