Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your roleAs anHRBP Intern, you will support the HR team by providing cross-functional analytical and operational support to various HR teams across the organization. You will play a key role inmanaging data flows, ensuring reporting accuracy, standardization and contributing to strategic HR processes. This internship offers the opportunity to develop essential HR processes skills, understanding the different HR activities and contributing to the entire HR system of a global company.Main responsibilities:Assist theCorporate HRBP teamin supporting global corporate functions, acting as a liaison inside the HR departments.HR Data & Reporting: Collect, validate, and analyzeHR data(e.g., talent, diversity, performance) to supportdashboards, presentations, anddecision-makingprocesses across HR teams.HR support: Contribute to thepreparation of materialsfor keyHR processes(e.g., performance evalution, engagement workshops), maintain documentation, and ensure accuracy in organizational charts and tracking tools.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact forHR dataand operational support needs from different HR teams, ensuring alignment and standardization across the team.Support on interns' population(function specific) on ad hoc support, carrer planning, performance, recruitment, activation, interviews together with managers.Main requirements:Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracyFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Interest in HR processesWhat's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
