If you love building marketing engines, writing content, and turning insights into action, this role has your name on it. You'll be shaping, deploying, and constantly optimising initiatives across multiple channels, content, and automation. Work on lead acquisition and inbound/outbound strategies, from campaign design to content writing and performance optimisation. Build and evolve our Marketing Tech ecosystem (think HubSpot, GA4, Make / Zapier), ensuring efficient workflows and data. Plan and produce multi-channel content for lead-gen campaigns, like email marketing, paid media, landing pages, SEO, ebooks, events, among others. Write and edit compelling copy, balancing clarity, personality, and conversion-ready. Manage community and event initiatives, helping position the brand as an active player in the tech ecosystem and making sure we're not just seen, but remembered. Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and growth opportunities. Continuously optimising processes based on data, owning A/B tests on messaging, channel mix, and cadence. Work hand-in-hand with sales, operations, and product teams to keep all efforts aligned and consistent. Plan and deliver content that drives leads and trust, from newsletters and social to ebooks, reports, webinars, web pages, among others. Main requirements At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in lead gen, content, or growth roles. Strong understanding of funnel dynamics, lead nurturing, and data-driven decision making. Proficiency in some tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Amplemarket, Make / Zapier (or similars). Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Portuguese. Analytical mindset You question, measure, and iterate. A natural system thinker, fixing problems but also designing processes that prevent them. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with ease. Collaborative spirit with a genuine curiosity. Nice to have Interest in information technology Experience in recruitment services, SaaS, or marketplace environments. Experience operating lead generation strategies, community building, or partnerships. Experience with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Salesnavigator, among others.
