Localization Program Manager, Enterprise Accounts (On-site)Translated is a leading company in AI-enabled translation services.We are on a mission to allow everyone to understand and be understood in their own language.Our success stems from a unique blend of the world's #1 adaptive neural machine translation technology, the largest network of vetted, native-speaking professional translators, and top-ranked AI-enabled text, audio, and video translation tools.By leveraging a seamless symbiosis of artificial intelligence and human creativity, we design custom localization projects that were previously unthinkable, helping more than 280,000 clients grow their businesses worldwide.We are looking for a Localization Program Manager for our Enterprise clients who will lead the design and execution of tailored operational strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale localization programs that meet contractual, process and technology requirements.The role is a fixed-term position at our Headquarters in Rome.ResponsibilitiesOversee projects and activities for a specific client, ensuring adherence to contractual, process, and technology requirements.Maintain client-specific Program Plan and Asana project, tracking backlog of all activities, including technical aspects.Collaborate with Account Managers to define service offerings, program goals and ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of service and support provided by the team.Collaborate with Product Managers during the definition of integration requirements and throughout the development and implementation, acting as the first technical point of contact for customers.Collaborate with Quality Managers and Project Managers during the definition of management processes, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication between teams, balancing their needs and aligning with the overall program plan.Attend all client meetings, including technical ones, ensuring agreed processes and workflows are followed and clients receive proper support.Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as the single point of contact for both clients and Account Managers on overall operational aspects of the program.Monitor key financial metrics to ensure revenue and profitability aligns with or surpasses targets, making data-driven decisions for improvement.Requirements5+ years of previous experience in localization in one of these roles: Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Project Manager.Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability.Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity.Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner.Capable of simplifying complex information.Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands.Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail.Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in localization processes and technology.Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.Experience in people management is a plus.Benefits and PerksTranslated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 5 luxury villas have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.Pi Campus also hosts a venture firm created by Translated to reinvest part of its profits into promising AI startups.You will have access to fully equipped kitchens, relaxation spaces, massages, a swimming pool, sauna, sports activities, a confidential psychological support service, a Support Fund, and legal advice.We organize immersive company retreats, host exclusive events, and provide personalized business coaching to help you achieve your goals and unlock your full potential.Diversity statement: Translated proudly embraces and celebrates each individual's unique qualities, welcoming everyone regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other differences.We are an inclusive, equal-opportunity employer committed to cultivating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported to achieve their full potential.Privacy Policy:
