Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort that offers a unique, extensive range of solutions for climate comfort, water heating and air handling, as well as components and burners.Listed on Euronext Milan since November ****, in **** the group reported over 2.6-billion-euro revenues, with over 10,000 employees, direct presence in 40 countries in 5 continents, 28 production sites and 28 research and development centers.The group demonstrates its commitment to sustainability through the development of renewable and high-efficiency solutions, such as heat pumps, water heating heat pumps, hybrids, domestic ventilation, air handling and solar thermal systems.The group also stands out for its continuous investment in technological innovation, digitalisation, and advanced connectivity solutions.The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.Funded Projects ManagerWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven Funded Projects Manager to lead the full lifecycle of national and European funded projects—from proposal development and submission to implementation, monitoring, and final reporting.In this role, you will head our Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, KPIs, and funding requirements.You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance and Administration teams, external partners and funding authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Lifecycle ManagementCoordinate proposal submissions: call analysis, proposal writing, budgeting, documentation, and partner coordination.Supervise project implementation to ensure objectives, deliverables, and funding rules are met.Oversee technical and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance and Administration.Use automation and digital tools to streamline tasks and improve data accuracy.Governance & PMO LeadershipDefine methodologies, templates, and internal governance standards for the PMO.Monitor KPIs, milestones, and risks using advanced dashboards (Power BI or similar).Leverage GenAI tools for analysis, proposal drafting, and reporting.Implement digital workflow systems for compliance and process tracking.Promote a digital-first mindset and adoption of innovative tools.Internal & External CoordinationAlign activities, timelines, and budgets with Project Managers.Collaborate with Finance and Administration on audits and cash flow management.Maintain strong relationships with partners, consultants, auditors, and funding bodies.Reporting & ComplianceDevelop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI or equivalent.Use GenAI for reports, technical notes, and documentation.nsure compliance with national and EU funding rules and support audits.RequirementsEducationDegree in Economics, Management, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields.Master's degree or training in project management or EU funding is a plus.Experience3-5+ years experience in managing funded projects (EU, national, regional).Proven experience with financial and technical reporting, complex calls, and multi-stakeholder partnerships.PMO or project governance experience is an advantage.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of major funding programs (Horizon, LIFE, PNRR, etc.).Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar).Advanced Power BI skills (queries, dashboards, basic data modeling).Ability to leverage GenAI tools for analysis and workflow optimization.Familiarity with ERP systems and digital reporting platforms.Solid budgeting and financial planning capability.Soft SkillsProven ability to lead complex projects and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Accuracy, autonomy, and results orientation.Proactivity and openness to digital innovation.We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
