Digital Platform Journey AdvisorAyvens– A global sustainable mobility brand born from the union of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan.We offer long-term leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions across more than 42 countries.Our ambitions to shape the future of sustainable mobility are powered by our talent.Join us and grow with every move.Job PurposeImplement a program to develop the main digital platforms, leveraging knowledge of functions, underlying processes and a clear vision of the entire digital ecosystem.Define a platform marketing strategy to support commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the processes behind the corporate platforms and collaborate with impacted areas to define and develop end-to-end, seamless, self-service customer journeys.Ensure documentation of platform functionalities to create accessible know-how for all stakeholders.Design/strengthen the user experience, evaluating impact on the customer and on internal processes.Monitor platform KPIs and produce periodic reports for continuous improvement of usage and development.Promote and activate best marketing strategies with content and actions supporting commercial objectives.Coordinate with Pricing, Product and Commercial Areas to manage the commercial showcase and e-commerce platform.Guide, in coordination with the PM Transformation, the evolution of the MyAyvens platform, aiming for an increasingly self-service experience.Required CompetenciesKnowledge of major customer platforms (Website, e-Commerce, MyAyvens).Knowledge of best practices in customer user experience design.Analytical skills and data reading.Excellent communication ability.Proficiency in English.Flexibility.Problem-solving ability.Goal orientation.Excellent teamwork skills with internal and external teams.Attention to detail and precision.Customer-oriented attitude.Independence in project management.Why Ayvens?With over 3.4 million vehicles managed in more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions.We are committed to net-zero, sustainable mobility and innovative digital transformation.Ayvens is guided by authenticity, curiosity, commitment and collaboration.We foster an inclusive organization where everyone can thrive and be themselves.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherLocationRome, Latium, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
