Overview Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains.Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.Position SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for achieving company objectives and for the definition and implementation of strategies for the development of sales for some Customers in Italy with assigned geographical areas about Power Transmission products.Main opportunities and challenges:Possibility to operate and contribute in a dynamic and evolving/growing work context.Main ResponsibilitiesDefinition and achievement of sales objectives for assigned clientsIdentification of new sales opportunities and new customers/application sectorsDevelopment and consolidation of technical-commercial relationships with assigned clients, identification of decision makersDefinition of agreements and commercial contractsContributes to the improvement of sales processesContributes to the definition of sales strategy and promotion of portfolio productsDetects and transfers market trends and requests for product evolution to the companyJob Position RequirementsEducation : University Technical or Economic bachelor degreeProfessional backgroundThe candidate has worked in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in companies in the mechanical sector and in the Sales activitiesHard Skillsknowledge of products and stationary and mobile applications in the mechanical sector, with particular reference to the Power Transmission DANA portfolioTechnical-commercial experience gained in managing Key AccountsFluent English in writing and speakingAdvanced ExcelAvailability to travel in Italy (60%)Considered as a plus:Know how about hydraulics/electronicsProduct management knowledgeSoft SkillsEmpathyProactivityProject ManagementTeam PlayerProblem solving"If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
