About usAt Exein, our mission is to build the world's first ecosystem for Io T device security, ensuring all types of devices are secure globally.Our dynamic team is passionate about data, machine learning, open source, and firmware.We constantly work to secure millions of devices, making daily life safer for everyone.Our unique products empower developers to secure their Io T devices with cutting-edge technology in an easy and frictionless way.Job OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in cybersecurity and the embedded/Io T space.This role will act as a crucial point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.You will be responsible for managing customer-facing projects end-to-end, actively supporting operational activities — from operating system builds to reporting and project supervision.You'll serve as the main point of contact for non-technical stakeholders involved in technology-driven initiatives, helping to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute software installations and technical integrations in close collaboration with client teams.Provide ongoing support throughout the customer journey — from onboarding to post-deployment.Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for customer success, ensuring solutions are aligned with client requirements.Track and document progress on all technical activities, ensuring project timelines and expectations are met.Create and maintain clear reports, status updates, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to align delivery with the product roadmap and customer feedback.Operate in a fast-paced, consulting-like environment with a structured yet flexible approach, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Serve as the internal point of reference for non-technical stakeholders in technology-related initiatives.RequirementsProven experience in technical delivery, field engineering, or technical project management roles within the cybersecurity industry.Background in structured but dynamic environments — consulting firms, scale-ups, or product-driven tech companies.Hands-on experience with demos, customer workshops, and software installations.Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent project tracking, reporting, and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and customer needs.Fluent in English.Why Join Us?We're a mission-driven team solving tough, meaningful challenges.You'll have real autonomy and impact from Day 1.We're growing fast — and so will your opportunities.LocationRome (Piazzale Flaminio 19, *****) – Hybrid modeThe interviews will be held in English.
