Senior HR La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio HR, e a diretto riporto della direzione aziendale, si occuperà della gestione delle attività HR a 360 gradi.Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività :Gestione contrattualistica dei dipendenti (assunzione, proroghe, cessazioni)Monitoraggio e controllo PresenzeGestione Reportistica HRGestione della documentazione legata alla Privacy e alla Sicurezza sul lavoroGestione dei processi di Selezione e Valutazione del personaleOn boarding dei candidatiCreazione di processi di Talent AcquisitionCura delle Relazioni con Intermediari di Selezione e Portali di RecruitingGestione dei rapporti con scuole, Università e enti di FormazioneRelazioni SindacaliRiporto Gerarchico : Direzione AziendaleRelazioni di Funzione :Interne .Dipendenti, Direzione AziendaleEsterne .Sindacati, Scuole, Università, Consulente del lavoro, candidati.Requisiti richiesti per partecipare alle Selezioni :Laurea in Consulenza del Lavoro, Giurisprudenza, Economia e / o affiniConoscenza del diritto del lavoroBuona Conoscenza del CCNL CommercioEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo, di almeno 5 anniBuone capacità comunicative e relazionaliBuona conoscenza della lingua Inglese, almeno al Livello B2Luogo di Lavoro : RiminiOrario di lavoro :Full time 40 h dal Lunedi al Venerdi dalle 9.00 alle ***** e dalle ***** alle ***** con Flessibilità Oraria.Possibilità di Smart Working.Tipologia contrattuale : Contratto a tempo IndeterminatoPacchetto retributivo a budget : CCNL Commercio.L'inquadramento sarà commisurato al livello di Seniority maturato dal candidato nel ruolo.Etjca Group S.p.A. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
