OverviewRandstad Digital, the specialized division of Randstad Italy focused on ICT talent acquisition and training, is currently recruiting for a world-leading global technology corporation.The company operates in more than 170 countries and is one of the key players in global ICT infrastructure and intelligent network solutions.It is internationally recognized for designing and delivering large-scale telecommunications systems, IP networking platforms, and next-generation connectivity technologies for service providers, enterprises, and public institutions.With a strong focus on innovation, R&D, and end-to-end network ecosystems, the organization plays a strategic role in enabling the digital economy and ensuring reliable, high-performance connectivity for billions of users worldwide.RoleIP Network SpecialistWhat We OfferSalary Range: Up to €******Insurance: Comprehensive health and accident insuranceTravel: Company pool car or full reimbursement of travel expensesCommuter Benefits: Corporate mobility agreements and discountsCareer Path: Structured salary review process and defined professional growth plan.Work Location: Rome (Laurentina area) – Office-based with one day per week at the client's site.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project management, including project planning, scheduling, budget control, KPI monitoring (Revenue / Order / Cost), and final delivery in line with timelines, quality standards, and budget constraintsOverall project coordination, including customer relationship management and vendor/supplier interactionAnalysis of customer network feasibility and design of IP network architectures to meet functional, capacity, and redundancy requirementsDesign of complex IP networks, including IPRAN (Mobile Transport), FMC (Fixed & Mobile Convergence), and BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) environmentsDesign and validation of advanced IP solutions based on MPLS and L2VPN services, leveraging routing protocols such as BGP (mandatory), OSPF, and IS-ISTechnical support during complex rollout and migration activities (new router integration, link swap, network expansion)Support to operational teams in defining new operational procedures, including MOPs, service expansions, and migration strategiesTroubleshooting activities related to network design and system integrationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical backgroundMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IP network projects (design, deployment, or support) within large-scale service provider or enterprise environmentsMandatory strong expertise in IP networking with a solid focus on BGP and MPLS technologiesExperience with high-performance carrier-grade routing platforms used in large backbone and access networksIn-depth knowledge of:Experience in IP product commissioning, network migration, and service activationAutonomous working style, strong learning attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively within technical teamsAvailability for travel and occasional night shifts (up to 3 times per month) during mission-critical migration activities.We are an equal opportunity employer (L.******).All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to gender.Please refer to our Privacy Notice in accordance with Art. 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation ********)#J-*****-Ljbffr
