Openjobmetis Spa, ricerca per importante società di consulenza ingegneristica, un RAMS / ILS Engineer da inserire presso azienda del settore Difesa.La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:- Guidare le attività di Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto; definire target RAM, allocare requisiti e pianificare programmi RAM (predizione, allocazione, crescita)- Eseguire analisi di affidabilità (MIL-HDBK-217F, parts-count/physics-of-failure), modelli di disponibilità e LCC (MTBF/MTTR, Ao) e analisi di manutenibilità- Condurre attività di safety engineering secondo ARP****A/ARP**** e MIL-STD-882E: FHA, FTA/ETA, PRA, classificazione dei rischi e tracciamento delle mitigazioni- Implementare e gestire processi FRACAS per la raccolta dei difetti di test/campo, root cause analysis, azioni correttive/preventive e reliability growth (es. Crow-AMSAA)- Guidare l'Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS): LSA/LSAR secondo ASD S-Series (S****M, S****L, S****F); sviluppo LSDB, liste ricambi, support equipment (STTE), piani di manutenzione e allineamento con la documentazione tecnica (S****D)- Eseguire analisi FMEA/FMECA e MTA/RCM; proporre modifiche di design e miglioramenti di supportabilità (DfR, DfM, DfS, DfMtn)- Gestire l'obsolescenza: monitoraggio del ciclo di vita, pianificazione LTB, alternative Fit-Form-Function (FFF), analisi where-used e reporting di chiusura- Definire il supporto a test e qualifiche (ambientali/elettriche/EMC) e contribuire ad attività di conformità e accettazione (FAT/SAT)- Costruire dashboard e KPI per le performance RAMS/ILS; pubblicare report periodici e supportare review (SRR/PDR/CDR)- Garantire un solido controllo di configurazione in PLM/ERP e la conformità a qualità (ISO ****/EN ****), HSE e requisiti di sicurezza delle informazioni/export control.- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria (Elettrica/Elettronica/Telecomunicazioni/Aerospaziale/Sistemi) o disciplina STEM affine- Esperienza comprovata in RAMS e ILS/IPS per sistemi aerospace/defense complessi (radar/avionica/C4I o simili)- Utilizzo pratico di tool RAMS (Windchill Quality Solutions/ReliaSoft), requirements/PLM/ERP (DOORS/DOORS Next, Teamcenter, SAP) e data analysis (Excel/Power BI; SQL)- Conoscenza di ASD S-Series, MIL-STD-**** (LSA/LSAR) e framework safety (ARP****A/ARP****, MIL-STD-882E)- Capacità di redigere documentazione tecnica chiara in inglese (report RAMS, FMECA/FHA/FTA, piani di manutenzione, estratti LSDB) e gestire baseline/configurazione- Italiano e inglese fluenti (scritti e parlati)-Gradita esperienza nella gestione dell'obsolescenza (CEI EN IEC *****), conformità REACH/RoHS e codifica NATO (NUC/ACodP-1)- Gradita familiarità con FRACAS, modelli di reliability growth, MSG-3 e studi LORA/RCM- Gradita conoscenza di database e scripting per analytics/automazione (SQL, Python/VBA) e visualizzazione (Power BI)- Gradita esperienza con documentazione tecnica S****D, definizione STTE e workflow di ticketing/portali cliente- Problem solving, capacità analitiche- Capacità di lavoro in team e comunicazione.L'azienda offre contratto e retribuzione sulla base di competenze/esperienze.Sede di lavoro: RomaL'annuncio è rivolto a tutte le persone, senza distinzione di sesso, in riferimento al D.
