Join us and celebrate the beauty of human experience.Create for happier, healthier lives, with love for nature.Together, with kindness, humility, and a spirit of adventure, we deliver food innovations, craft inspired fragrances and develop beauty and wellbeing solutions.There's much to learn from our 79 production sites worldwide, known for their best-in-class processes and procedures.There's many to learn from, with high-performing leaders and caring colleagues to explore ideas and ambitions with.Every day, your energy, your personality, and your determination will shape our future, making a positive difference on billions of people.Every essence of you enriches our world.We are Givaudan.Human by nature.As a First Operator in Production, you will support and coordinate the production activities, guide and control the personnel teams, in compliance with company procedures for our plant inCaronno Pertusella.Reporting to Production Supervisor, you will:Check and conduct designated machines and production equipment concerning the department.Common tasks include several of the following activities: blending, mixing, dispensing, packaging, heating, adding enzymes, compounding, filtering.Support and coordinate production activities by guiding and supervising teams of personnel.Request and supervise maintenance interventions, carrying out work preparation activities with the relevant signing of start and acceptance work permits.Complete production documents.Select raw materials to be used, move them, and load them into production equipment.Use production worksheets to ensure that the correct quantities of materials are added in the correct sequence.Produce the product safely and in a timely manner according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards.Accurately read control instruments, prepare neat and accurate records for all operations as required.Be able to troubleshoot basic problems independently and provide recommendations for correction.Perform in-process quality testing to ensure customer specifications are met.Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.Prepare product packaging for the next step in production or for final shipment to the customer according to department specifications.Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly shop floor and workplace at all times and complete all sanitation and housekeeping duties as required.Work in accordance with all relevant requirements, including but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and internal safety guidelines.Your professional profile includes:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the production of flavors, ingredients, food, or chemical products.Preferred experience in forklift operation.Basic skills in using a PC, preferably with MS Office products.Experience in using RF scanners and labeling.Team working oriented.Passion and flexibility in working.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture – where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Every essence of you enriches our world.Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.#J-*****-Ljbffr
