Analyses the consumer and retail trends received from the local Category Management Dept. (market trends, competitors, consumers...) to feed the product innovation plans.Supports the local Category Managers of the assigned countries about category insights in order to draft Trade Stories for clients.Analyses the consumer complaints reports and liaises with local Category Management Dept
