Join the movement and find new inspiration.We have exciting opportunities for you as:Mobility Solutions Assistant Manager (All genders welcome)at Kia Italia in Milan, ItalyKia is, together with its sister brand Hyundai, the fifth-largest automotive company in the world.Since its foundation in ****, Kia has been a significant player in the booming automotive industry, not only in South Korea but worldwide.People drive KIA cars in about 180 countries.At Kia, the best and brightest employees contribute their different perspectives and knowledge to innovative and creative mobility solutions.The company fully supports its workers through policies that outline clear goals that include a free and creative working environment.We offer all-out support to realize a creative corporate culture, one in which people can lead a happy work-life balance.TheMobility Solutions Assistant Manager (MSAM)is responsible of developing and improving mid-term rental project in accordance with KIA vision and plans.By gaining the collaboration of all the involved parties, the MSAM delivers effective projects able to meet Customer's & Dealers needs.S/he is proactive in seeking new ideas, suggestions and solutions (even out of automotive industry) to define and improve the value proposition of the projects.The MSAM is keen in managing projects and stakeholders (e.g. KIT, Kia Europe, third parties) with high precision and autonomy and is target oriented and precise to meet deadlines, achieve targets and all the expected milestones.Your MissionThe MSAM ensures that new projects are developed on schedule and that the related platforms/websites are properly administered and maintained.Proposes strategies to boost rental contracts supporting new car sales with great focus on engine mix.For Mid-Term rental project, he/she:Analyses the market to deliver a complete benchmark studyTakes care of the relationship with external parties to promote the business and improve sales resultsEnsures that the entire process from order to delivery is properly managed on timeEvaluates sales trends and propose concrete initiatives to recover any gap to achieve targetsEnsures that the website is regularly updated with the most attractive offerGives support to Dealers in case of needSupports the definition of the Marketing plan to improve awareness and achieve targetDelivers weekly and monthly report to stakeholdersYour TalentsDegree in Economics/ EngineeringMinimum 2-3 years of experience, automotive leasing/rental experience is a plusGood communication & negotiation skillsProject managementTarget oriented, priority & time managementIT systems managementMS office proficientFluent EnglishThe ideal candidate is comfortable in working in cross cultural environment and s/he shows a desire to improve the status quo with a positive "can do" attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive market.Strongly goal-oriented, s/he has team working, communication, public speaking, reliability and organizational skills with good negotiation ability.Some of the Benefits?Flexible HoursHybrid working (up to 2 days a week remote working)
