Industrialization ManagerPer azienda cliente, multinazionale operante nel settore automotive, ricerchiamo un Industrialization Manager.ResponsabilitàLa risorsa, riportando direttamente al Plant Manager, guiderà l'industrializzazione di nuove commesse nell'ambito della customizzazione veicolare.Guidare il processo di industrializzazione di nuove commesse, coordinandosi con Ufficio Tecnico, Produzione, Qualità e AcquistiDefinire e ottimizzare i cicli produttivi, le distinte base (BOM) e le istruzioni operativeCollaborare con l'ente Engineering per validare le scelte progettuali in ottica di ottimizzazione del processo produttivo.Contribuire alla scelta e alla validazione di fornitori e tecnologie di processoImplementare logiche di miglioramento continuo e cost reduction (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, ecc.)Assicurare il rispetto delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza durante la fase di industrializzazioneMonitorare tempi e costi dell'industrializzazione, identificando criticità e promuovendo azioni correttiveSupportare l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie, attrezzature e automazioni nei reparti produttiviFornire supporto al team di produzione nella risoluzione di eventuali problemi/criticità.ProfiloRequisiti RichiestiLaurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente ad indirizzo Elettrico o MeccanicoEsperienza pregressa di almeno 3-4 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di contesti industriali operanti su commessa (macchinari industriali, automazione e/o impiantistica)Padronanza nella gestione delle dinamiche di ottimizzazione dei processi e dei principi della Lean manufacturingConoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseLa conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus«I candidati, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. ********, D.Lgs. ******** e D.Lgs. ********, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. ********).L'offerta è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. ******** e della normativa vigente in materia di pari opportunità.
