OverviewBrand Specialist, Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) – Turkey.AVS is a paid Business-to-Business service that helps strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business.As a Brand Specialist, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at Amazon Türkiye, owning the relationship with your brand and structuring short- and long-term growth strategies focused on customer satisfaction.You will act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities, monitoring success metrics daily, and ensuring the brand's AVS experience demonstrates customer obsession.You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon Türkiye & Europe, such as Product Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, developing your skills and career path.Key responsibilitiesCore Service:Use deep data analytics to identify Türkiye industry opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance through Amazon programs to drive long-term benefit.Availability & Operational Excellence:Drive EU supply chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in the fulfilment centre.Promotion & Funding:Provide recommendations for the brand's marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic and improve conversion.Plan, implement and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day to generate sales.Lead brand weeks with vendors and collaborate with Amazon Advertising to explore additional marketing opportunities.Selection & IDQ:Grow selection by launching new products and improving discoverability.Identify product gaps, onboard new products, manage ramp-up, and enhance the customer journey (e.g., walk-the-store sessions, competitor benchmarking, enhanced content on detail pages).QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree; Fluency in English and Turkish; Professional (non-internship) experience in Marketing, Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain or Consulting; Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree; Strong business acumen and analytical skills; Knowledge of a third language.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit the accommodation information page for more details.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
