We are looking for a Solution Specialist to join our DELMIA Quintiq EUROMED Industry Services team.The mission of this role is to deliver innovative planning and scheduling solutions to 3DS customers in the Mediterranean region.The focus is to expand our team within the manufacturing domain, working from our Rome's office and collaborating with colleagues and experts worldwide within the DELMIA Quintiq scope.DELMIA Quintiq is an advanced application suite that empowers customers to solve complex challenges in planning and scheduling.With a rich portfolio of functionalities and optimization solutions, our software supports customers in achieving operational excellence.If you're passionate about cutting-edge planning and optimization technologies and excited to learn more about market-leading supply chain planning software, we'd love to hear from youRole & Responsibilities- Gain expertise in the DELMIA Quintiq application suite and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, leveraging its usage and value through Industry Processes- Understand how our solutions fulfill business needs, contributing to larger deal sizes, accelerating deal closures, and ensuring successful go-lives- Act as the key communicator, aligning efforts between programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and customers- Articulate the value of our solutions by identifying and mapping customer requirements, evaluating their impact on business processes and KPIs, and tailoring communications for various stakeholders (e.g., Users, Process Owners, Business Owners)- Analyze, validate, and test configurations to ensure alignment with customer technical requirements, processes, and expectations- Deliver engaging demonstrations of configured solutions, highlighting the value they provide to the customer- Provide functional support to customers during solution development and in daily operationsQualifications- Master's degree with proven experience as a Solution Consultant/Engineer or Solution Architect in the Supply Chain and Operations Planning domain- Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Detailed Scheduling- Extensive experience in a relevant industry, preferably with international exposure- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, ICT sales methodologies, and ICT system integration- Analytical and architectural mindset, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes and their value- Ability to present and negotiate solutions with internal and external stakeholders, including customer organizations- Previous experience in large-scale, complex software sales and/or implementations- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills to secure buy-in from both internal teams and customers regarding best practices and solution accelerators- Availability to travel- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)What's in it for you- An international and diverse working environment in a collaborative team- Flexible working hours with hybrid working model, a good work-life balance- Extensive skills and career development programs to build your journey with us- Comprehensive benefits package with car, private health insurance and meal voucher included.#J-*****-Ljbffr
