Mechanical Engineer Location: Guanzate, 25, IT Work Arrangement: Hybrid Dover Industries Italy incorporates two brands: MS Printing Solutions and JK Group.MS Printing Solutions is a trusted global manufacturer of innovative solutions for the demanding and ever-changing market of digital textile printing.JK Group is a leader in the production of innovative inks for digital textile printing focusing on water-based pigment, disperse, reactive and sublimation and provides the worldwide digital textile printing market through 2 independent brands: Kiian Digital and J-Teck3.Within MS Product Division, you'll be part of cross-disciplinary, Agile team designing, implementing, validating, and maintaining mechanical subsystems for current and future printers.You'll have an opportunity to work with talented engineers building complex products, from proof of concept to production, across a variety of printing technologies targeted to meet our customers' needs and the strategic objectives of MS Printing.What you will do: Perform and lead CAD design, engineering computer simulations, and mechanical engineering related lab experiments in support of design validation and reliability goals Bring a strong technical expertise during design reviews and problem-solving activities Deploy state of the art mechanical engineering development practices Follow and drive improvement of best practices and tools to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and mechanical subsystem quality Use outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to execute efficient interfaces with third party engineering partners and suppliers What you need to have: Bachelor or Masters' degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5+ years of experience in various mechanical engineering research and development roles within an industrial environment is required Experience designing industrial products from concept through production is required Experience in a mechanical workshop is required Very good knowledge of materials requirements is required Knowledge of marking and coding equipment is a plus, but not required Proven experience in CAD design (Creo Direct/Windchill is a plus) Thermal/ flow/pneumatics/electro-mechanical testing is a plus as well as FEA/CFD analysis Experience working with SAP, nice to have Excellent Italian and English language skills are a must What we offer: National Mechanical Confapi collective agreement-based contract Health Care (EBM Salute) Professional and extra professional insurance Company onsite canteen Free parking nearby Growth opportunities & international environment Referral bonus You'll only be the right candidate if you are aligned to our values and culture: Winning through customers High ethical standards, openness and trust Expectations for results Respect and value people If you believe you match our values and have the experience we're looking for, then applyWe can't wait to hear from you.#LI-DNI #SWE All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
