Sr.Product Designer - AI Design Systems, Amazon DevicesJob ID: ******* | Amazon.com Services LLCWe are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of our AI-ready design system and agentic experiences for Amazon Devices shopping on Amazon.com.This role blends UX design, product strategy, and program management.As the single-threaded owner, you will define the vision, unify stakeholders, and drive execution across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing.Responsibilities- Design scalable design system components, set product requirements, and prioritize features while navigating trade-offs.- Own the AI-ready design system: define, design, and evolve components, patterns, accessibility, documentation, and ensure system scalability across multiple product surfaces.- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and establish measurable success criteria aligned with AI-driven use cases.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to validate adoption and effectiveness.- Act as the single-threaded owner: align Product, Engineering, Research, and Brand stakeholders, own program timelines, facilitate design critiques, and manage cross-functional mechanisms and feedback loops.Qualifications- 6+ years of design experience.- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.- Experience delivering design solutions for large scope and complexity projects.Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.- Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices.- Proficiency in wire-framing and prototyping tools.Preferred Qualifications- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes.- Experience with complex workflows and product, program, or project management leading cross-functional teams.- Experience building AI-integrated tools or systems.- Familiarity with design tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG), and component libraries at scale.- 2+ years contributing to or leading design systems.About the TeamWe are a global organization spanning market research, UX research, and UX design that leads the strategic direction, design strategy, innovation, and customer experience for the Amazon Devices shopping experience on Amazon.com.We own the design and CX for automation & scaling tools, leveraging AI to drive efficiency and improve output quality.Our culture is rooted in collaboration, cross-team partnership, and inclusive design & research community.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is listed below.Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and more.Learn more at Amazon Benefits.#J-*****-Ljbffr
