Who we are We are a healthtech startup that makes diagnosis and treatment more accessible for undertreated symptoms.We do this by partnering with doctors and pharmacies who are driven by the urgency to improve patients' wellbeing.We started by addressing male health symptoms and aim to expand into female health.Our objective is to become the reference player in Southern Europe over the next few years, starting from Italy, where we are currently the only company operating in this specific space.Status quo We validated our first symptom, we are already on the market with 450 paying patients and have a payback period of 3 months.We have €******* in the bank, which allows us to keep working and moving towards our **** goals.**** Goals Close our Seed round within H****** Keep testing and improving our product Confirm the right business model to scale Strengthen our unit economics, particularly by reducing our payback period Who we are looking for An experienced and highly motivated full-time Head of Growth to lead and structure our customer acquisition.You will be responsible for setting objectives, defining strategy, and implementing the tactics to reach them.As Head of Growth, here's what you'll do: Create the overall business strategy together with the founder and our strategic advisors Develop, implement, and monitor a full-funnel marketing and growth strategy, and the related campaigns in different channels online and offline (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok & YouTube) Manage customer acquisition, finding and testing new acquisition channels, both online and offline Work closely with Product to iterate and optimise the user flow on the platform, improving conversion rates throughout the funnel and running A/B tests Define growth metrics for acquisition, engagement, and retention, and communicate insights clearly to the team Continually understand and research our customer demographics, psychographics, and behaviour Have an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset Fluency in English is a strong plus You will be very hands-on.We're looking for someone who is both strategic and able to execute: you will set up and run the campaigns, and build the first processes yourself.Until we close the Seed round, you will be the main, and only, person working on marketing and acquisition.After that, you'll be able to hire and manage someone in your team.How we work Hybrid work.We can consider full remote work We don't evaluate people by their working hours, but by the value they create We don't like hierarchies: we work as a team We like numbers: a lot We have the ambition to want to change the way people are cured, for the better What we offer RAL between €******,00 and €******,00 Competitive equity package as an early team member High independence, ownership and freedom to experiment and test Strong growth opportunities as we scale and you build your own team Start date: early ****
