complex insurance datasets, ensuring data quality and appropriateness for actuarial modeling and insightsModel Development & InnovationDevelop and maintain advanced actuarial and machine learning pricing modelsResearch and validate underlying actuarial assumptions to ensure robust, business-ready modelsContribute to innovation across pricing and underwriting functions, identifying enhancements for increased accuracy and efficiencyInsights & CommunicationTranslate complex data insights and pricing results into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBridge the gap between analytics and underwriting teamsGovernance & ReportingProduce high-quality rate monitoring reports with comprehensive audit trail documentationBuild and monitor pricing reserving development and predicted loss ratiosPricing Tools & SystemsSupport ongoing development, maintenance, and validation of pricing tools and systemsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with global underwriters, finance, operations, and network teams to deliver integrated pricing solutionsData/AIDrive innovation and create new business opportunities by utilizing Generative AI and Emerging TechnologiesOptimize data flow and storage across systems through effective Data ManagementWhat you bringEssential:Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fieldExperience in actuarial science or managementStrong Python programming skills (essential)Expertise in large-scale data management and analysisAbility to thrive in a global, collaborative environmentDriven, hands-on mindset with a passion for problem-solvingPreferred:Actuarial pricing or data science modelling experienceReserving experienceProficiency in Excel VBA, WTW RADAR, and
