OverviewYour Mission: The Accounts Payable Specialist, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets Manager, will work with the Finance Team on the accounting relating to suppliers and the liability cycle for the various companies of the Richemont Group in Italy.ResponsibilitiesAllocation and recording of invoices (with and without Purchase Order)Control of Expense reportsControl and reconciliations of ledger accountsManagement of payment requestsControl of suppliers master data changesRegistration of payments upon closure of each transitional accountManaging payment reminders from suppliersActivities of month-end and year-end reporting for the GroupExperience and Qualifications2/3 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Accounts PayableFluent in Italian and EnglishExcellence in use of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPointSAP knowledge will be a plusProblem solvingOrganized and preciseCommunication skillsProactive mindsetTeam player attitudeFlexibleResponsible and reliable, used to work with tight deadlinesPositive attitude#J-*****-Ljbffr
