Join us at Venchi and be part of a story that celebrates moments of cheerfulness with indulgent products crafted for your well-being.Your Mission:We are looking for a highly motivated Global Merchandising & Pricing Lead to join our Marketing Team based in Milan Reporting to the Global Sr. Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic point of contact for defining Venchi's commercial offer worldwide. You will play a crucial role as a key hub in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel assortment and pricing strategies. Your goal is to ensure that the right product is offered at the right price, consistently across all channels (Retail Stores, Wholesale, Travel Retail, and E-commerce), balancing brand equity with profitability.Key Responsibilities:Assortment & Merchandising Strategy: Define the product mix and assortment grids for different channels, collaborating closely with the Product Team to optimize the core, seasonal, and novelty portfolio. Lead the product-coding workflow, acting as the process owner with the goal of streamlining and improving overall efficiency.Pricing Governance: Design and implement global pricing frameworks, ensuring consistency across EMEA, North America and APAC regions while protecting margins and brand positioning.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with Regional Sales Directors and Managers of varying seniority, acting as a consultant to align local commercial needs with global trade guidelines.Omnichannel Consistency: Ensure a seamless brand experience by aligning pricing and merchandising strategies across different touchpoints.Analytical Synergy: Partner with the Trade Marketing Analyst to transform sell-out data, stock turnover, and average ticket size into actionable strategic decisions for assortment optimization.Market & Competitor Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor pricing/assortment tactics (within Premium/Luxury and FMCG) to maintain Venchi's competitive edge.The Ideal Candidate:Experience & Background: 5-6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category, or Product Management within high-paced, structured environments such as Premium Retail, Tech/FMCG or Luxury. You are an omnichannel native who understands how a global strategy must adapt across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce;\"Product Owner\" Mindset: You possess deep product sensitivity, managing categories with a strategic 360° approach - from pricing architecture to assortment selection - ensuring every product in the portfolio performs at its peak;Commercial Diplomacy & Stakeholder Management: This is a high-exposure role. You must be an excellent communicator, capable of building trust, while conveying global strategies to experienced Sales teams. You excel at reconciling local commercial needs with HQ's strategic Trade Marketing vision, creating win-win opportunities;Balanced Strategic & Hands-on Approach: You are a strategic thinker capable of designing long-term frameworks, yet you remain hands-on and ready to tackle the operational complexities of pricing lists, assortment grids, and market-specific tasks;Data-Driven & Astute: You are highly analytical and commercially astute.
