This is a commercially oriented position focused on preparing technical-commercial offers, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the industrial cooling and thermal systems sector.What You'll DoPrepare and manage technical-commercial offers for aftermarket projects and spare parts.Follow up with customers regarding quotations and order status.Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical inquiries related to quotations.Work closely with project managers to align on offer content, timelines, and client needs.Support the sales team with pricing, offer documentation, and post-sale discussions.What We're Looking For2–3 years of technical or commercial experience in a related field (cooling towers, boilers, HVAC, pumps, valves, or other industrial systems).Educational background in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred;alternatively, strong technical aptitude through experience.Previous experience dealing with industrial clients in sectors such as petrochemical, energy, or oil & gas.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and priorities.What We OfferFull-time, permanent position with a stable international company.On-site work in Pombia (Novara area) with smart working flexibility after 6 months.Supportive team environment and growth opportunities.
