Join us to transform ideas into high-quality productsThis challenging and rewarding task will see you working with a vibrant team that shares attention to detail, focuses on quality, and seeks continuous improvement.Who you areYou are apassionate Functional AnalystFreelanceresponsible foranalyzing systems,documenting processes, testing features, and working closely with clients to define and validate requirements.Some of your activities will include analyzingfunctional and technical requirements(data models, integrations, APIs, XML/JSON flows), mapping legacy systems, defining and validating acceptance criteria, reviewing datasets and integration outputs.You will contribute totestingnew features, collaboratively writing test cases with with our software engineers, performing functional and explorative testing and verifying requirements, and writing clear documentation (data, architecture, user manuals).You enjoy understanding how things work, working withdata, APIs, and structured information, and you have a basic knowledge of SQL and scripting tools.You can useExcelproficiently.Ideally, you will be engaged on a freelance, part-time contract for2-3 days per week.You are able tocommunicate effectivelywith both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You aregreat at working togetherwith a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective.You areproactive and autonomousand prefer working without constant supervision.We provide a stimulating and supportive atmosphere where you can always learn and grow.You arecuriousand have a lot of interests and experiences you enjoy sharing with your co-workers.You speakItalianfluently andEnglishproficiently.Who we areWe lovelearning new skillsandsharing our knowledge.Wetake on challenging projectsanddevelop them in-house.We are the first stakeholders of all the products we build.We continuously aim toenhance all aspects of our work, including technical skills and internal processes.We allocate a full day each week for our professional development.Wepromote a culture of kindness and empathywhere every voice matters.#J-*****-Ljbffr
