Ali Professional, divisione di Ali SpA specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e top management, cerca per solida e storica realtà industriale manifatturiera sita nei pressi di Monza Brianza.La risorsa, inserita in un contesto dinamico con impianti di diverse tipologie e dimensioni, avrà il compito di gestire la manutenzione elettrica ed elettromeccanica dello stabilimento.Si tratta di un ruolo operativo ma con responsabilità di coordinamento: la figura sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico per il reparto e dovrà garantire l'efficienza degli impianti produttivi e dei servizi generali.Principali Responsabilità:Coordinamento del Team: Gestione operativa di 2 manutentori interni (che lavorano su turni alternati mattina/pomeriggio) e supervisione delle squadre/ditte esterne per interventi specialistici.Riorganizzazione Processi: Analisi dello stato attuale e creazione/riorganizzazione del piano di manutenzione preventiva e ordinaria, implementando procedure più efficienti.Operatività: Intervento diretto in prima persona per la ricerca guasti (troubleshooting) e risoluzione di problematiche elettriche su impianti di produzione e ausiliari.Gestione a 360°: Presidio della manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e dei Servizi Generali (infrastrutture di stabilimento).Lettura Schemi: Analisi e interpretazione di schemi elettrici complessi per diagnosi rapide ed efficaci.Requisiti Richiesti:Estrazione Elettrica: Diploma tecnico (Perito Elettrico/Elettronico) o formazione equivalente.Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza consolidata nella manutenzione industriale, preferibilmente in contesti manifatturieri con macchinari diversificati.Competenze Tecniche: Ottima capacità di lettura dello schema elettrico e buona manualità operativa.Leadership: Capacità di organizzare il lavoro altrui e relazionarsi con fornitori esterni.Residenza: Domicilio in zona Misinto/Lazzate/Saronno o limitrofi (requisito fondamentale).
