Commercial Excellence ManagerJoin Ecolab as a Commercial Excellence Manager, providing strategic direction and support to enhance sales operations and customer engagement.This role involves ensuring the accuracy of sales documentation and fostering effective communication between the sales team and other departments.How you'll make an impactInvestigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processesDevelop and implement strategies to improve associated sales processes and customer interactionsEnsure all sales documentation is maintained accurately and complies with company standardsWork with sales teams to understand objectives, priorities, challenges, and process/system issuesFacilitate smooth communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departmentsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, managing process redesign activities where neededMonitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Coordinate training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledgePerform sales force analysis and structure projects based on those insightsActs as a change agent to drive business improvement within the commercial organization, driving adoption of new processes, metrics and tools, interfacing with employees at various levels of the commercial organizationMinimum RequirementsCandidate can be based anywhere in the EUBachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is required;
