OverviewContract Type: PermanentCountry: ITALYLocation: ParmaYour opportunitySidel is looking for an Innovation Mechatronic Engineer who will be part of the innovation technology development team.If you want to join an international team where you can make a real difference, work with enthusiasm and motivation, free up your inventiveness and fantasy, enabling to create the sustainable equipment of the near future, Sidel offers a career full of opportunities for unrivalled growth.We believe an environment that inspires innovation, leads to great solutions for customers within great team spirit.We embrace diversity and creativity and we are committed to protecting our customer's beverage product inside and the planet outside.At the heart of our organization are our people.Your MissionAs a member of the innovation development team, you will be integrated within a project team focused on scouting and evaluating new technologies and solutions dedicated to fillers (analysis for other equipment within the group is also part of the role).ResponsibilitiesDefine technical specifications for new developments, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.Propose and evaluate innovative solutions aimed at enhancing performance, sustainability, reliability, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.Take ownership of conceptual and detailed studies, evaluating technical feasibility, assembly processes, and maintenance requirements of new components and solutions.Be fully responsible for functional analysis, including the execution of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and other critical qualification analyses to ensure that new technologies meet the required standards.Manage and track detailed tasks, ensuring projects stay on track and timelines are met while adhering to Sidel's established processes and quality standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and driving innovation across the organization.Manage detailed tasks, ensuring respect for the timeline and Sidel's process.QualificationsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields).Several years of experience in technology development or engineering, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Experience with filling equipment technology is a plus.Solid knowledge of functional analysis, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), and qualification processes.Ability to propose creative solutions to improve product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Strong organizational skills with experience in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and working with cross-functional teams.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
