S4BT è unAzienda di oltre 90 specialisti e specialiste, che da oltre 30 anni fornisce soluzioni software e consulenze per il settore Life Science e non solo in ambito qualità, ingegneria, Project Management, Validazioni, Tech Transfer, CSV e altro.A supporto della crescita aziendale, ricerchiamo un/una Packaging Engineer Consultant per lesecuzione di progetti in ambito life science/cosmetico.Le principali attività in cui sarai coinvolto/a sono:Supporto tecnico nello sviluppo dei componenti destinati al confezionamento primario, secondario e terziario di prodotti cosmetici e relativi schemi di pallettizzazione;Creazione di specifiche tecniche per i materiali di packaging e supporto per i test in linea;Supporto tecnico nellambito degli shipping test del transfer tecnologico di processi di confezionamento primario, secondario e terziario e nel lancio di nuovi prodotti;Supporto tecnico per le attività di Transportation Test al fine di garantire la protezione fisica del prodotto durante trasporto e stoccaggio;Gestione dei team members internazionali e cross funzionali coinvolti nella valutazione dellimpatto tecnico derivante dai cambi di packaging;Aggiornamento sullo stato di avanzamento a tutti i livelli dellorganizzazione;Partecipazione a calls conference con fornitori italiani ed esteri per monitorare i tempi di consegna e produzione delle soluzioni tecniche;Stesura e revisione di protocolli di test e documentazione relativa a sviluppo e/o cambio packaging.Cosa fa la differenza:Buone capacità di Time Management;Buone capacità di Team Working;Ottime capacità di pianificazione ed organizzazione;Capacità di interfacciarsi con diversi interlocutori;Buone capacità comunicative e di negoziazione, specialmente in contesti internazionali;Attenzione ai dettagli;Focus sugli obiettivi.Requisiti:Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Chimica o meccanica;Esperienza pregressa nellambito Packaging (conoscenza dei processi e delle macchine diconfezionamento, preferibilmente in ambito cosmetico);Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (livello minimo B2/ valutato in fase di colloquio);Buona capacità di interfacciarsi in team interfunzionali e multiculturali.Informazioni aggiuntive:Tipologia contrattuale: contratto a tempo indeterminatoSi prevede un sistema di welfare, previdenza complementare aziendale, benefit, formazione continua, eventi.Sede di lavoro: provincia Latina/RemotoOrario: Full TimeDisponibilità: Immediata
