Job DutiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve internal processes related to cybersecurity and regulatory complianceIntegrate cybersecurity compliance requirements early into the product design and development lifecycle to ensure security-by-design principles.Create and maintain documentation templates, checklists, and software tools to streamline compliance workflows.Collaborate with third-party suppliers, external partners, and certification bodies to ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations.Manage the certification process, including issuing, renewing, and tracking certificates and declarations of conformity.Maintain detailed technical documentation, including technical files, risk assessments, and Declarations of Conformity (DoC).Support the technical development teams in implementing and verifying compliance requirements during product development.Conduct risk assessments related to cybersecurity and safety design, identifying potential compliance gaps and recommending mitigation strategiesPerform audits and assessments of internal processes and external suppliers to ensure compliance standards are met.Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory updates.Contact regulatory authorities and certification bodies to analyze and solve certain problemsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering); Master's degree preferredFive years' experience in cybersecurity standards, regulations, and compliance processes (EU RED, CRA)Knowledge, Skills, and AttributesStrong technical background in hardware and / or software engineering, with understanding of secure design principles.Experience in managing cybersecurity or safety certification projects for hardware and software products.Familiarity with technical documentation, including risk assessments, technical files, and Declarations of Conformity.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret complex technical and legal requirements and translate them into practical implementation steps.Good communication skills, capable of explaining compliance issues to technical and non-technical audiences.Proactive mindset with the ability to stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and emerging threats.The good knowledge of the English language is mandatory to perform the jobWhat We OfferMotivated work in a dynamic teamComprehensive trainingAttractive workplace with the most modern work equipmentIndependent, self-responsible workPermanent employment contractPerformance-related remunerationWe'd love to hear from youPlease send us your application, and the earliest date you could join our team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
