About BYDBYD is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of new energy vehicles (NEVs) dedicated to driving sustainable mobility solutions across global Europe BYD is expanding rapidly and building innovative financing and leasing solutions to support our customers dealers and strategic partners.Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support sales planning and forecasting activities within the Operations team.The role works closely with Sales Product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts monitor demand trends and translate commercial performance into operational insights that support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesJoin the Operations team with responsibility for sales planning and forecastingWork closely with Sales and Product teams to define the sales forecastPrepare forecasts in terms of registrations and contractsBuild and monitor order trends to support forecasting activitiesSelect structure and validate data for forecasting models using advanced Excel skillsSupport stock analysis and monitoring in collaboration with relevant teamsTranslate sales forecasts into operational guidance for production and product availabilityInput and update actual sales data in planning tools and filesCompare forecast vs. actual analyze variances and support corrective actionsPrepare reports and analyses to support operational and strategic decision-makingContribute to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processesQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales Planning Forecasting Operations or Demand Planning rolesSolid analytical and operational background with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Economics Statistics Business Administration or similar)Previous experience in the automotive industry or in complex industrial/manufacturing environments is considered a strong plusAdvanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools; strong analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsWhat we OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance.Health insurance (Metasalute) and meal vouchers.Company-wide and department teambuilding events.The opportunity to contribute to Europes transition to zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.Our PurposeWe are building a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.Join a diverse and dynamic team that strives to make a positive impact on the environment and society.Key SkillsDirect SalesAdministrative SkillsLogistics DistributionFacilities ManagementCivil Project ManagementAsicEmployment TypeFull TimeExperienceyearsVacancy1#J-*****-Ljbffr
