Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support: Assist the Head of Private Individuals in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Project Management: Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects across different teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Budget & Forecasting: Support budgeting processes, financial planning, and cost control activities.Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the Head of Private Individuals and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices across operations.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in project / business management, strategy, or financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Languages: Fluent in EnglishJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
