TITOLO/POSIZIONE:ENGINE TOOLING ENGINEER – Plant Technical SupportRESPONSABILE DIRETTO:Auxiliary Materials ManagerFAMIGLIA PROFESSIONALE:Plant Technical SupportSETTORE PRODUTTIVO:MetalmeccanicoFUNZIONE PRINCIPALE:Analizzare le richieste della produzione al fine di garantire l'efficienza e la disponibilità degli utensili richiesti. Sviluppare nuovi utensili con i fornitori, al fine di migliorare l'efficienza dei processi e la riduzione dei costi produttivi. Analizzare i difetti segnalati dalla Produzione e dalla Qualità, per determinare la causa radice. Monitorare i consumi dei materiali indiretti e predisporre settimanalmente il report sui costi sostenuti.PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ:Sviluppa con i fornitori nuovi utensili per le operazioni di lavorazione di teste e basamenti motore.Analizza i disegni degli utensili, per fornire il benestare tecnico alla introduzione della fase di testing del nuovo utensile.Monitora i consumi dei materiali ausiliari e fornisce un dettagliato report settimanale sull'andamento dei costi.Seleziona i fornitori e controlla lo stato delle forniture, assicurando le consegne nei tempi previsti e nel rispetto dei requisiti qualitativi.Fornisce supporto nella individuazione degli utensili più idonei, durante lo sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti.Predispone le richieste d'acquisto in SAP per la fornitura degli utensili.Monitora le scorte a magazzino e garantisce la disponibilità dei materiali indiretti in linea con il piano di produzione.Garantisce supporto all'Unità Operativa nello sviluppo dei progetti d'investimento strategico, predispone i capitolati tecnici necessari e ne segue lo sviluppo con il fornitore fino al collaudo della soluzione ed alla stesura della relativa SOP.Lavora in sinergia con gli enti di Produzione e Qualità, per garantire il miglioramento dell'efficienza, dei costi e della qualità di prodotto.Partecipa alle riunioni di sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti, fornendo i dati richiesti durante le fasi di product design e di process engineering analysis.Supporta il team EEHS nella definizione delle soluzioni tecnologiche necessarie alla riduzione del rischio residuo.REQUISITI (formazione ed esperienza):Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o diploma tecnico con comprovata esperienza lavorativaEsperienza minima di 5 anni nel ruolo, con particolare focus sulla gestione degli utensili da taglioUtilizzo di software per la progettazione CAD e lettura dei disegni meccaniciOttima conoscenza delle principali lavorazioni meccaniche (fresatura, tornitura, rettifica)Conoscenza base della programmazione dei PLCConoscenza base del controllo statistico di processo ed analisi dei datiPregressa esperienza nella gestione dei fornitori.Redazione di procedure operativeOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e del SAPBuone capacità di problem solvingAttitudine al lavoro di squadraBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseSono considerate un plus le competenze in materia di lean manufacturing (5S, KAIZEN, VSM, SMED...)
