Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleWe are seeking an External Accounting Consultant to support TMF Italy in the accounting and financial integration of a newly acquired company. Working closely with the Finance Manager, the consultant will play a key role in aligning the new entity with TMF Group's standards, processes, and reporting requirements. This includes supporting day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring correct financial consolidation, and contributing to the harmonization of procedures during the integration phase.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting ConversionTransition from cash-based to accrual-based accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Legal Entity TransitionComplete activities related to transfer to SARL structure.Finance Reporting SetupEstablish financial reporting processes in line with TMF requirements and group standards.Month-End ClosingPerform monthly close activities including revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and reconciliations.Compliance with TMF & Group PoliciesEnsure adherence to TMF reporting timelines and formats.Align all processes with group finance policies (e.g., expense recognition, capitalization rules).Handover to RDCDocument processes and transfer knowledge to the Regional Delivery Center upon project completion.Key RequirementsSolid experience in Accounting, with understanding of IFRS standards.Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.Experience in system migrations or integration projects is considered a strong plus.Knowledge of Datev Koinov or Microsoft Access is a plus.What's in it for you?We will consider both candidates interested in collaborating as freelancers (P.
