Since ****, Guerlain has been dedicated to create absolute Beauty and transmit a more beautiful world.To reveal wonders – through the craft of exceptional products, but also through the development of exceptional and audacious talents.We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the PR & Digital PR Assistant will support the PR Manager to ensure the top visibility of the brand on the main national magazines offline and online and in partnership with influencer.RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the management in implementing influencer marketing strategies Support the influencers' selection, and follow their life cycle, constantly optimizing the community and the engagementManage activities of seeding and gifting to talents, socialites, VIPs and editorsSupport the organization and development of events for KOLsSupport the delivery of all assets for new product launches to key editorials Monitor the editorial coverage and influencers' activity in ItalySupport the execution of all the PR matters and project from HQ to ItalyAd-hoc analysis and reportsSupport the back-office operations Work on synergy with others brand departments REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in marketing or economicsBeauty passionate Previous experience in Communication, PR & Digital PR is a plusExcellent communication and relational skills Desire to learn, proactivity, flexible and creative approachInterest in digital and influencer activities Fluent in EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n.******** (GDPR) available at the following link:
