Cloud-Native AppDev Architect – ItalyRed Hat is looking for a Cloud-Native AppDev Architect to join our consulting team in Italy.You'll work with enterprise customers focusing on Cloud-Native and application modernization, Micro-services, service mesh, and asynchronous messaging systems.You'll guide on-site delivery and implementation of modern Red Hat technology and deliver quality work that ensures a positive customer experience.What You Will DoServe as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development or strategic IT needs.Constantly learn about new technologies and apply them to customer needs.Produce quality results and support multiple projects across various industries.Keep stakeholders updated on potential issues that may affect project or company performance.Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, and software specification, as well as design, testing and deployment of open-source solutions.Provide written project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams.Adapt to changing customer requirements.Apply strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and OPL practices.What You Will Bring8+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of middleware technologies and enterprise-wide deployments.Experience working in a consulting role.Advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Microservices framework.Experience with AI and Machine Learning Operations (strong plus).Agile methodology approach.Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress and metrics to stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Certification from leading cloud service providers (nice to have).On-site presence at the client's location if required.About Red HatRed Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, delivering high-performing Linux, cloud, container and Kubernetes technologies.Our associates work flexibly across environments from office-flex to fully remote, depending on role requirements.Inclusion at Red HatRed Hat's culture is built on transparency, collaboration and inclusion.We empower people from all backgrounds to share ideas, challenge the status quo and drive innovation.Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)Red Hat is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.We review applications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status or any other basis prohibited by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
