Join to apply for the Junior Financial Controller role at Culligan Italiana S.p.A.Culligan is a global leader in water treatment solutions, with over 85 years of experience and operations in more than 90 countries.We provide innovative, sustainable water technologies for residential and commercial use.We're committed to improving lives through clean water and outstanding service.As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a motivated Financial Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and ongoing process improvements.The role reports to the Financial Controller manager.Key Responsibilities:Support the preparation of the monthly US GAAP reporting package, including tax reportingContinuously assess and improve the monthly close process to reduce timelines and increase efficiencyPrepare quarterly and annual financial statements and manage internal and external review processesSupport the preparation of quarterly earnings releasesCreate and maintain an accounting calendar to ensure timely completion of key deliverables, including the financial close and Group Board packageMaintain accounting policy documentation to drive clarity and consistencyAssist with the coordination of annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditorsMaintain internal reporting procedures to comply with control requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of Audit experience with US public companies or similar roles in US companiesFluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations, with the ability to research and present positions on complex accounting topicsExperience working with international accounting standards and issue resolutionStrong execution skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow through and document thoroughlyAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:A sense of accountability and ownershipExcellent organization and planning abilitiesCollaborative team spiritAmbition and a continuous improvement mindsetLocation: Bologna AreaThis job posting is open to all individuals regardless of gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious belief, in accordance with Legislative Decrees ********, ********, and ********.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
