PAYROLL SPECIALISTDescrizione del ruoloLa risorsa avrà la responsabilità di supportare il Responsabile Risorse Umane ed il Team Payroll al fine di assicurare il corretto e costante presidio di in tutte le attività all'amministrazione del personaleLa risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del Team HR e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:- gestire l'elaborazione mensile del payroll verificando la corretta applicazione delle normative contrattuali di riferimento e delle disposizioni legali e fiscali- gestire i rapporti con gli Enti esterni (Inps, Inail, ecc.)- seguire gli aggiornamenti normativi e giuslavoristici- essere riferimento interno per collaboratori e responsabili in merito a tematiche retributive e contrattuali- supportare la Direzione nell'elaborazione del budget e nelle analisi dell'andamento del costo del lavoro, turnover e reportistica di settoreRequisiti:-Laurea preferibilmente in discipline economiche, o diploma con consolidata esperienza-Pregressa esperienza nella mansione di almeno 4 anni, maturata all'interno di organizzazioni strutturate-conoscenza approfondita della normativa del lavoro, adempimenti contributivi e fiscali e CCNL, preferibilmente Commercio/D.M.O.; -dimestichezza nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel; -autonomia, precisione e riservatezza-attitudine al lavoro in team-Il domicilio nelle province di Treviso o Venezia costituisce requisito preferenziale.La ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi.Tipologia contrattuale e ral saranno commisurate in base all'esperienza pregressa della risorsa.
