OverviewReq ID:****** At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people.From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Software Development LeaderResponsibilitiesDefining and implementing software functional requirements and architectural design within the .NET technology stack, ensuring alignment with project goals.Organizing and leading development and DevOps activities, ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met throughout the software lifecycle.Designing and contributing to the Continuous Integration (C.I.) pipeline to ensure automated builds, testing, and artifact creation for .NET applications.Defining and owning the Continuous Deployment (C.D.) strategy using ArgoCD (GitOps) for automated and declarative delivery to the target environment.Containerizing .NET applications using Docker and defining the necessary configurations for deployment on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.Defining and applying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles using tools like Ansible for environment configuration management and automation.Specifying, designing, and maintaining Helm charts for the effective packaging, versioning, and lifecycle management of applications within Kubernetes.Ensuring the traceability of software requirements through the development, testing, and deployment phases.Contributing to software and environment integration activities, coordinating with architecture and operations teams.Applying and ensuring the application of DevOps processes, security standards, and coding best practices.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (Return of Experience - RoE) related to C.I./C.D. processes and deployment reliability.Contributing to the definition of the Software Configuration Management Plan related to deployment manifests and infrastructure code.Maintaining and controlling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for C.I./C.D. pipeline efficiency and deployment success, reporting progress to the relevant Domain Leader.RequirementsMaster's degree or bachelor's degree in the field of electronic / software engineering or computer science requiredHands-on development experience of software phases like requirement gathering, software development, software validation etc (minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial domain)High experience in software design and implementation for complex diagnostics data management systemsExperience in CI/CD management and developmentManaging work packages for sub-contractorsHighly proficient in both spoken and written EnglishAbility to work efficiently in teamStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSede di lavoro:Vado LigureYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from youImportant to noteAs a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.#J-*****-Ljbffr
