Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.When you join Ritchie Bros., you'll be part of a diverse, global team that's focused on delivering great customer experiences.If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join our growing team.To further strengthen our position in Italy, we are looking for a Territory Manager to cover our territory in Central Italy (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo).The OpportunityAs Territory Manager you offer solutions to your prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks, and other assets.A trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology.You use our data on demand, pricing and various markets to have an edge in your sales process.Together with the client, you determine the best strategy for the liquidation of their assets, which can be through an auction, Marketplace-E or a listing.You will continuously work to improve your equipment expertise to strengthen your position as a market expert.On top of that you will build personal and professional relationships with your clients to secure future contracts.ResponsibilitiesSelling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territoryIdentify geographic areas and sectors that are areas of opportunityGrow sales with new businessDevelop a strategy and plan for securing potential customersBuilding, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basisEnsuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.Required QualitiesKnowledge of or experience with various construction, transportation or industrial (related) equipment / vehiclesExtensive experience in outside salesProfessional level English and ItalianAdvanced MS Office skills, (familiarity with CRM systems/ Salesforce, is preferred)Proven consistent track record of meeting / exceeding sales targetsWhat We OfferCompany car, laptop, mobile, expense accountEmployee share purchase planIt's important to note that:You are able to travel 2-3 nights a week to cover the territory (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo)Applicants must possess a mandatory residence in Central Italy (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo) to be considered for this position.Who are we?Ritchie Bros. has grown from a small-town auctioneer to a global asset management and disposition company.We help our customers buy and sell a wide range of used and unused equipment for construction, mining, transportation, agriculture, oil & gas, lifting & material handling, forestry & other industries.Ritchie Bros. is an equal opportunity employer and ensures nondiscrimination in all activities in accordance with all applicable laws.This position is open to all qualified applicants who are legally entitled to work in the country in which this job is located.Candidate selection is made by Talent Acquisition.Only electronic applications can be accepted.No agency calls, please.#J-*****-Ljbffr
