AGAP2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group, part of the MoOngy Group.Present in 14 European countries with over 9,000 employees, we opened our first Italian office in Milan 7 years ago.AMBITION, SMILE, DYNAMISM, WILLINGNESS TO TAKE ON CHALLENGES, all within a constantly evolving environment where human relationships always come first.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Field Engineer for an on-site opportunity at the telco sites of one of our partner companies in Roma (RM) , operating in the Telecommunications sector.Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task completion.Plan and optimize site delivery processes and construction schedules.Ensure construction quality meets engineering specifications and contract requirements.Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.Track project progress, manage scope changes, validate extra-work requests, and maintain reporting systems (IDA/IEPMS).Execute monthly production and billing plans, ensuring timely achievement of targets.Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Experience managing construction projects and coordinating site teams/subcontractors.Knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and project reporting.able to travel for site inspections.Permanent contract with meal vouchers and allowances.Training tools to develop both technical skills and soft skills.Ongoing follow-up with the HR team to support your professional growth.We are committed to providing an inclusive work environment where every individual can bring unique value to our organization.Moreover, we honor our commitments by paying attention to individuals belonging to protected categories under Articles 1 and 18 of Italian Law *****.Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation ********.
