locationsWe're looking for an Expansion Manager to help us find and secure top-tier charging locations in Italy, strengthening Fastned's position as the go-to charging provider in Italy and EuropeYour RoleAs an Expansion Manager, you'll focus on securing prime real estate in high-traffic areas, ensuring our stations are visible, accessible, and built for long-term success.You'll work closely with landowners, brokers, developers, and retailers to forge strategic partnerships, helping Fastned solidify its position as the leading charging network in the region.To secure the best locations, we expect you to implement a strong network development plan.You will be responsible for shaping your own network and expansion efforts, and to think strategically about how you approach the various stakeholders in and outside of your network.Working as part of a dynamic, international team, you'll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.You will own the entire development cycle, from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding.You'll become an expert in the future of e-mobility and charging infrastructure, collaborating internally with technical (design and construction) and legal teams, to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence.You will be responsible for assessing opportunities via economic analyses and business cases, reporting such initiatives towards the internal stakeholders and coordinating with other teams for the preparation of internal and external documentation.You will take part in the origination and management of multi-site customer relationships: from the identification of potential opportunities/ partners, to the analysis of sites for installation, to the commercial negotiation and signature of the contract.You will monitor public/private tender opportunities on dedicated portals, study tender documentation, verify legal, technical and economic requirements for participation, in consultation with the relevant corporate functions.With a proactive approach, you will work with the Public Affairs team to promote and shape additional opportunities.You will help prepare tender documentation (technical and economic offer), in collaboration with the different internal corporate functions and in compliance with the timeframe and requirements, from pre-tender to post-tender fulfillments.Don't worry, your onboarding will include "masterclasses" on e-mobility and fast-charging, so you'll be ready to hit the ground running and shape the future of mobility by bringing essential charging infrastructure to key locations.This role is based in Italy, where you'll join a fun, diverse team spread across Europe.You'll have the unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to an industry driven by the future, making a real impact on the energy transitionWhat We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you need to be a strong networker and negotiator.You'll be responsible for communicating Fastned's vision to landowners, real estate companies, and government bodies while supporting the team's expansion efforts.3+ years of work experience in a relevant commercial role, preferably in an international settingStrong contracting knowledge (commercial, planning, and legal aspects)Sales-driven and results-oriented with strong commercial acumenProven negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with both governmental bodies and private landownersAn affinity with legal, commercial and financial conceptsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel regularly within Italy and occasionally throughout EuropeA natural curiosity and passion for learning and taking on new challengesA strong motivation to accelerate the energy transitionNice to HaveAn existing network of key private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers energy, infrastructure, transport, or e-mobility sectors within
