Sr. Targeting Analyst

Job Title: Senior Targeting AnalystAmentum is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst to support our G2X contract in Vicenza, Italy.Responsibilities:Conduct intelligence analysis to support HUMINT & CI efforts, utilizing established analytical methodologies and collection strategies to enable full-spectrum operations.Prioritize topics and requirements, presenting findings in weekly reports aligned with INSCOM plans and operations.Facilitate the INSCOM Targeting Coordination Board monthly, including scheduling, briefing consolidation, note-taking, and dissemination of summaries.Attend weekly targeting meetings hosted by INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands.Engage in analytical exchanges weekly.Identify vulnerabilities to Army interests and new CI target sets, nominating targets to the High Payoff Target List (HPTL).Provide monthly training on the targeting process, covering relevant doctrines, legal, and operational restrictions.Advise INSCOM G35 on targeting procedures.Requirements:Graduates of Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses such as Army Officer Basic/Advanced Course, 350L, 35L, 350M, or 35M (or equivalents).Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least:3 years in management.8 years in all-source analysis.Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management, Targeting Cycle, and analytic techniques including trend, geospatial, link, and social network analysis.Knowledge of Intelligence Support in the MDMP process.Experience with data systems like DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET, and JWICS search engines.Strong research and writing skills.Note:College education does not substitute for experience.Candidates must be willing to undergo and pass a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).Amentum is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.We provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, military status, religion, marital status, medical condition, genetic information, national origin, citizenship, income level, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
