About Us Established in **** as a Pirelli spin-off, Prometeon Tyre Group is the only tyre manufacturer fully dedicated to the Industrial sector, including transport of goods and people, Agriculture, and Off-the-Road (OTR) applications.With more than 8,000 employees across 30 nationalities , 4 manufacturing sites, 4 R D centers, and a commercial presence in 160 countries across 5 continents , we are the trusted partner for those who demand high-quality industrial tyres with a strong focus on performance and sustainability .Role description: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Demand Planning Pricing team.In this role, you will contribute to accurate sales forecasting, ensure product availability, and support strategic pricing decisions.The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and analytical processes that drive business performance.Key Responsibilities Demand Planning Analyze sales forecasts for key product segments, ensuring alignment with market trends and historical performance (sell-in and sell-out data).Identify risks and opportunities within demand plans to anticipate potential gaps or growth areas.Monitor forecast accuracy and propose corrective actions or process improvements to enhance reliability.Availability Management Collaborate with Supply Chain and local markets to prepare monthly prioritization and product allocation, ensuring optimal stock distribution and availability.Sales Forecasting Work closely with regional and local teams to understand drivers behind sales fluctuations and integrate insights into forecasting models.Support Marketing in managing monthly updates and budget planning, ensuring forecasts reflect promotional activities and market dynamics.Pricing Prepare and analyze pricing reports, identifying trends and evaluating the effectiveness of discount schemes.Assist in profitability assessments for new business opportunities, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.Requirements: Completed or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field.Strong analytical skills.Proficient in MS Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Highly motivated, independent, proactive, open-minded, and with a positive attitude.Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.Benefits Compensation Package : €1,000 + meal vouchers (€9/day).On-the-job training.International and engaging work environment.Smart-working policy: 10 days per month .WE MOVE GOODS, WE MOVE PEOPLE, WE MOVE EMOTIONS Join us
