Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possibleYour roleAs a Plant Planner, you will experience what is it like to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives, all while ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines in the dynamic manufacturing environment of EssilorLuxottica's Sedico production facility.Main responsibilities:Analyze and understand production loads, both labor and capital, in the short, medium, and long term.Monitor and interact with other suppliers to ensure continuity of production flows, expediting missing components.Collaborate with other functions, including production, quality, and NPI, to identify, prevent, and avoid bottlenecks.Ensure the quality and feasibility of industrial plansMain requirements:You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Planning/ Supply Chain FieldStrong computer skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BIProgramming skills (e.g. Python)Strong statistical skills, problem solving and data analysisDemonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environmentStrong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and listen at all levelsSelf-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptabilityStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsInternal StakeholdersProduction, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Controlling, New Product IntroductionExternal StakeholdersSupply Chain, MPS, Capacity, Long-term planner, Procurement, other plantsWhat's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
