Aquazzura is a luxury footwear brand founded in Florence in **** by Colombian designerEdgardo Osorio.Rooted in Italian craftsmanship and driven by a contemporary, feminine vision, Aquazzura is known for its refined elegance, exceptional comfort and timeless yet modern design.Each collection reflects a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, with a strong focus on quality, detail and savoir-faire.Today, Aquazzura is an internationally recognized brand, distributed in over 50 countries, with headquarters in Florence and Milan and boutiques in the world's most prestigious luxury destinations.Posizione:The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.Client and Business orientedRepresent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;Build up a loyal Clientele;Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.Operations:Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;Involved in the Stock and Inventory;Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;Maintain merchandising standards.Requisiti:Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;Must be customer-oriented;Action and Sales oriented;Excellent customer and service attitude;Strong communication skills;Luxury product knowledge;Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
