About the roleAs part of the Sustainable Cities Challenge, we are helping Venice citizens move more safely, inclusively, and sustainably.We are one of the finalists, leading a behavioral challenge aimed at encouraging citizens to use bicycles more often.To support this work, we are now looking for a Project Manager with excellent communication and client relationship skills to join our team.The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating across local and international teams, and ensuring smooth communication with city partners and collaborators.Experience in marketing, behavioral change, or sustainability projects is a plus, but most importantly, we are seeking someone who can build strong partnerships, communicate with clarity and empathy, and help drive meaningful impact in Venice and beyond.In this first phase, the role will require a limited monthly commitment.We are viewing our chances at getting to the final stage as good.Then the role will be about 80 hours per month for about 3 years.A glimpse of your daily workPlanning, you will be planning and executing the project in Venice.Oversee our implementation and behavioral insights testing.Communication, ensure that reporting and interaction within the Nudgd Team and project partners runs smoothly.Acting as a cultural bridge between Sweden and Italy, turning shared values into joint action.Editing and proofreading reports, articles, and communication materials.Supporting communication and marketing efforts that connect people across borders.We believe that you haveProven experience in project management, preferably within sustainability, mobility, or behaviour change.Experience in stakeholder management and building long-term partnerships.Based in Venice, we are looking for a local representative.Used to working in an international setting.Excellent English skills.Familiarity with digital tools for project management and communication (e.g., Asana, Miro, Hubspot, Google Workspace)What makes this role both challenging and excitingYou'll have the unique opportunity to take over, bring structure, and make your own mark on the next phase of its development.It requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to quickly get to know the people, processes, and culture surrounding the project.You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, working independently while collaborating closely with both local and international partners.You'll enjoy working with us becauseAt Nudgd, you'll join a purpose-driven team that believes in creating real impact through collaboration.Working with us means becoming part of a supportive and international environment where your ideas matter and your work truly makes a difference.You'll have the opportunity to grow together with us, not just as a team member but as a long-term partner in Nudgd's journey.We see every collaboration as a shared investment in the future, and we're committed to building lasting relationships that inspire both professional and personal development.Sustainability is not a side project, it's at the core of everything we do.And since we base our work on research, the impact we create really makes a difference.Sounds like a fit to you?Send us your applicationWe review applications on a rolling basis.We look forward to getting to know you better#J-*****-Ljbffr
