The Position BAR SUPERVISOR Main purpose: The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bar operation.As Bar Supervisor you will manage the stock, serving guests, placing stock orders and ensuring product quality.Reports to: Bar Manager.Main duties & responsibilities: - Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our Guests; - Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service; - Ensure smooth running of all bar operations according to Rocco Forte Hotels standards and procedures; - Comply with H&S national rules; - Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues; - Anticipate Guests needs and handle guest complaints; - Monitor stock levels.We offer: - Fixed-term contract according to C.C.N.L.
